I stayed at Niyati for a few nights and had a great time exploring Fort Kochi. The restored wooden architecture and green courtyard create a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The interior design of Niyati is beautiful and the rooftop was perfect for my morning yoga practice. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, even accommodating my early arrival and late departure. The location is convenient, within walking distance to both the bus stop and ferry stop.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. the location was perfect, situated in a prime area of Fort Kochi. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always providing excellent recommendations and assistance.
One negative aspect was the presence of mosquitoes, which was a common issue in the area. It would have been better if there were more effective measures in place to control them.

I had a wonderful stay at this fantastic new boutique hotel. The room was the best I stayed in during my holiday in India, with lots of natural light and a wonderful, hot shower. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to Princess Street with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The manager, Francis, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed the interesting heritage features and tasteful decor of the rooms.
The top floor rooms had leaking roofs during heavy rainstorms and the floors and beds were dusty and dirty. the shower doors were difficult to open due to poor installation.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and the charming colonial building. The bathroom was the best I've experienced in India, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was lovely. the location was perfect for exploring the sights of Fort Kochi.
I found the staff to be unhelpful and occasionally frustrated when we asked for assistance with arranging taxis or other favors. It was also disappointing that breakfast was not included in the room rate.
